7. Limitations of Liability

DSG Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of services, including delays caused by incomplete information or third-party systems.

8. Third-Party Tools

Services may involve third-party platforms such as CRMs, email tools, and website platforms. DSG Digital is not responsible for issues caused by these external systems.

9. Intellectual Property

Any materials created for clients as part of the service will be transferred upon full payment, unless otherwise stated. DSG Digital may retain the right to use general work examples for portfolio purposes.

10. Termination

Services may be paused or terminated by either party. Work completed up to the termination date remains payable.

11. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of services implies acceptance of any updates.
